However, as consumers now have higher and higher requirements for the appearance of cars, the internal fractal that was originally only used in high-end car bumpers has gradually replaced the first structure. Due to the confidentiality of the company, I will briefly talk about the internal fractal:
Since the parting line is set on the B side, if a conventional inclined surface is used for ejection, the ejection mechanism will interfere with the inclined push block at the fixed mold barb after the mold is opened, causing damage to the Aerospace Micro Screws. Therefore, avoiding collision between the inclined ejector and the fixed mold has become a design point.
1. The inclined ejector block is ejected synchronously when the mold is opened, that is, the hydraulic pressure is used to push the push plate when the mold is opened to maintain the relative position of the push plate and the fixed mold.
2. Using the deformability of the product, the end of the part is pulled inward through the horizontal slider in the inclined ejector block, and the travel is controlled by the guide rail at the end of the horizontal slider to make the end of the part separate from the fixed mold barb.
3. Open the mold to separate the product from the fixed mold.
4. Continue to eject, and use the guide rail at the end of the horizontal slider to control the lateral sliding outward movement to reset the product deformation.
5. Finally, continue to eject upward until the product is taken out.
