What are the differences in the manufacturing of UAV Micro Screws?

UAV Micro Screws are molded products used in production, and some people may not be very familiar with them.

UAV Micro Screws are produced using a special process called cold stamping, which processes materials (metal or non-metal) into parts (or semi-finished products).
Stamping is a pressure processing method that uses dies mounted on a press to apply pressure to materials at room temperature, causing separation or plastic deformation to obtain the desired parts.
Large-scale factories use an electric furnace forging process + ladle refining + vacuum degassing. This process allows for precise control of the steel's chemical composition, resulting in lower gas content and higher steel purity.
Small-scale factories typically use medium-frequency furnaces to fuse scrap steel and furnace charge, directly casting flat steel ingots. This process results in larger deviations in chemical composition, more impurities in the steel, and higher gas content, leading to more shrinkage cavities and internal cracks in the finished product, severely affecting the steel's processing and performance.
