1. The die is loose or moves unilaterally beyond the punch clearance. Adjust the assembly clearance.

2. The die is tilted: The straightness of the punch or die is incorrect, or there are foreign objects between the die plates, preventing the die plates from being flat. Reassemble or grind to correct.

3. Die plate deformation: The die plate has insufficient rigidity or thickness, or is deformed by external force. Replace with a new die plate or correct the disassembly method.

4. Die frame deformation: The die frame thickness is insufficient or the stress is uneven, and the straightness of the guide pillars and guide sleeves changes. Grind to correct, or add plastic steel, or replace the die frame or balance the stress.

5. UAV Micro Screws Interference: Check the dimensions and position of the UAV Micro Screws; ensure proper positioning of the upper and lower UAV Micro Screws; check for looseness after assembly; verify punch accuracy; and ensure the mold base is correct.

6. Punching Deviation: Insufficient punch strength; punches too close together; unbalanced lateral forces; punch partially tilted. Improve the guiding and protective function of the peeling slant plate, or increase the punch size, shorten the smaller punch, increase the follower length, and provide early support and guidance. Pay attention to the feeding length.
