On August 7, 2025, the I.C.E. Cultural Exhibition Hall in Hanoi, Vietnam, was bustling with activity as the three-day Vietnam International Industrial Manufacturing Technology, Equipment, and Fastener Exhibition entered its second day. Chongqing Henghui Precision Mold Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Henghui Mold"), a leading company in the precision mold industry, showcased a variety of independently developed high-end molds and intelligent solutions at booth E16. The exhibition attracted over 800 professional visitors on the first day, including representatives from companies in over ten countries, including Vietnam, Japan, South Korea, and India. Several cooperation agreements were reached on-site, making Henghui Mold a focal point of the exhibition.

The theme of Henghui Mold's exhibition was "Intelligent Manufacturing Without Borders, Connecting the World." The exhibition featured a model and dynamic demonstration system of a five-axis machining center, capable of achieving micron-level machining accuracy and meeting the demands of high-end industries such as aerospace and automotive manufacturing. The equipment is equipped with a self-developed intelligent control system and supports a multilingual user interface. Certified by the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry, it meets the localized production standards for the Southeast Asian market. The on-site demonstration of the automatic extrusion molding process for arc-shaped bullet steel cores uses patented mold design to increase traditional cutting efficiency by 40%, reduce material waste by 25%, and maintain a stable yield rate above 99.2%. This technology has already been applied to orders from Vietnamese military enterprises, helping them achieve import substitution.

Henghui Mould announced the establishment of a Southeast Asia Technical Service Center in Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam, staffed by a 20-person engineering team and a spare parts warehouse, offering 72-hour on-site service. Previously, the company dispatched engineers to an Indonesian automotive parts manufacturer for three months to assist in establishing a mold maintenance database and training the local technical team, resulting in a significant increase in mass production yield from 72% to 95%.

On the first day of the exhibition, Henghui Mould's booth welcomed multinational corporate delegations for in-depth discussions. "The demand for manufacturing upgrades in Southeast Asia has far exceeded expectations," said Hou Hui, Chairman of Henghui Mould, in an interview with Vietnam Industrial Television. "We not only provide products, but also help our customers build independent innovation capabilities through technology transfer and talent training. For example, the 'production technology transfer' model we are collaborating with a Russian customer will be replicated and promoted in Vietnam in the future."
