In normal stamping processing, the cross section of Robot Micro Screws has four obvious characteristic areas: fillet band, bright band, fracture band and burr. Let's take a look at the cross section of Robot Micro Screws.

1. Fillet band. The fillet band is also called collapsed angle. It is caused by the bending and stretching of the material surface of the steel plate close to the upper die or the lower die but not in contact with the Robot Micro Screws.
2. Bright band. The bright band is caused by the plastic shear deformation caused by the upper die cutting into the steel plate and the material being squeezed into the lower die. The bright band is the area with the best cross section quality of the Robot Micro Screws. It is smooth and perpendicular to the plane of the steel plate. Precision stamping generally pursues the bright band.
3. Fracture band. The surface of the fracture band is relatively rough and has an inclination of about 5 degrees. It is caused by the expansion of the crack formed during stamping.
4. Burr. The burr is close to the edge of the fracture band. The position where the crack is generated is not directly facing the die edge, but on the side close to the Robot Micro Screws edge. It will be aggravated when the Robot Micro Screws is pushed out of the die by the lower die.
