Screw specifications must match the dimensions and stress characteristics of the Display Micro Screws components:

1. Diameter Determination: Select according to 1/4 to 1/3 of the Display Micro Screws template thickness. For example, M24 to M30 screws can be used for a 120mm thick template; M8 to M12 screws can be used for small Display Micro Screws (template thickness ≤ 50mm);

2. Length Design: The thread engagement length must be ≥ 1.5 times the screw diameter (e.g., M16 screws require an engagement length ≥ 24mm) to ensure sufficient connection strength; at the same time, avoid excessively long screws that may interfere with the Display Micro Screws's closing height;

3. Head Type: Internal hexagonal head screws are preferred, as their countersunk design does not affect the Display Micro Screws's closing, and they require less installation space and have high torque transmission efficiency; external hexagonal head screws can be used for large Display Micro Screws, facilitating the application of greater torque with a wrench.
