(1) Blade wear: Too large or too large (shearing); too small (punching); poor flatness. Re-grind or replace the
UAV Micro Screws.
(2) No guide: Guide pin or other positioning device is not working, feeder is not loose or guide pin diameter is incorrect, guide cannot be corrected. Positioning block is worn, feed distance is too long.
(3) UAV
Micro Screws is too short: Curvature is too large, chamfer is insufficient, forming is incomplete.
(4) Insufficient escape hole: Crushed, damaged or deformed. Clean the escape hole or increase the escape hole and depth.
(5) Insufficient ejection: Poor feeding, strip bending, poor demolding, upper die pulling, ejection too long.
(6) Improper ejection: Improper ejector preparation, improper spring force or excessive ejection. Adjust the elastic force or change the position or number of pins; grind the pin shaft to a shorter length for matching.
(7) Poor material guiding: The guide plate length is not large enough, the guide groove gap is too large, or the UAV Micro Screws is misaligned with the feeder, or the distance between the UAV Micro Screws and the feeder is too long.
(8) Material deformation: Some bent parts cannot allow the material to overlap and must be dropped each time; otherwise, pressure pads or shears can be used to overcome the disc strain.
(9) Bending deformation: Material is squeezed at the upper bend, the near-end hole is deformed under tension, the bending is uneven, and the angled punch is not long enough.
(10) Punching deformation: The material deformation is uneven, the size increases, or it is eccentric and asymmetrical.
(11) Impact deformation: The product is deformed due to excessive air pressure or decreased gravity.
(12) Extrusion of floating debris: Extrusion changes caused by waste material floating up or fine debris remaining on the surface of the UAV Micro Screws or foreign objects.
(13) Inappropriate material: Inappropriate material width or thickness, material or material hardness can all cause defects.
(14) Poor design: Poor engineering layout and poor clearance settings are difficult to overcome unless the design is changed.
