Precision Electronics Micro Screws involve welding multiple parts together for machining purposes or by welding the edges of individual parts to increase their strength.

Processing methods generally include CO2 gas shielded welding, argon arc welding, spot welding, and robotic welding. The choice of these welding methods depends on the specific needs and materials.
For spot welding in Precision Electronics Micro Screws, the welding position of the workpiece must be considered first, along with positioning tooling to ensure accurate spot welding during mass production.
To ensure a secure weld, the workpiece to be welded is embossed with raised dots. Before welding, the raised dots are evenly contacted with the plate, ensuring uniform heating at all points and determining the weld position.
In addition, the pre-pressing time, holding time, curing time, and rest time must be adjusted during welding to ensure a secure spot weld.
