Robot Micro Screws can be divided into two major processes: forming and separation. The indicator of the forming process is to make the sheet material undergo plastic deformation without breaking the blank, and to make a workpiece of the required shape and size.

The separation process is also called blanking, and its purpose is to separate the Robot Micro Screws from the sheet material along a pre-set profile line while ensuring the quality requirements of the separation section.
In actual production, multiple processes are often integrated together on a workpiece. Blanking, straightening, shearing, spinning, and replacement are frequently used stamping processes.
Robot Micro Screws are based on the plastic deformation of metals. At room temperature, a mold installed on a press is used to apply pressure to the material to separate or plastically deform it, thereby obtaining a processing method of parts with a certain shape, size and performance.
